10 oz. herbal tea with stevia
20 oz. green juice w/ lemon, ginger, cayenne, and turmeric
32 oz. orange juice w/ 1/2 TBS MSM
40 oz. orange/apple juice w/ 1/2 TBS MSM
Today has been… interesting in regards to body temperature. I’ve been sooooooooo chilled the past week, and today I actually felt totally warm all day with less clothes, AND in the afternoon I actually was feeling hot. Not feverish, but my cheeks were really warm and flushed and my whole body felt reaaaaally warm. Very interesting, very interesting indeed.
I’m going to be embarking to visit my family for a week in Utah here in a few days… I am looking forward, actually, to Juice Feasting in a different environment and perhaps having a bit different spread of produce available to me. Of COURSE I am excitedly anticipating the undeniable joy of grossing out my family with my green juices and kale pulp. My family is not remotely into health nor this kind of lifestyle, although they support me in my choices and acknowledge that this lifestyle is probably the healthiest… probably 😉
Pure water difficulties have given way to a lack of chanca piedra tea, but I intend to bring the break-stone goodness back into my life soon…
