Live Green, Think Green, Eat Green, Forum Green

Ah lovely, aren't you grateful for youtube? I surely am.

Want to see Gabriel talk about Xylitol, movies, and Sacred Relationships, among other things? I've posted the first of 5 parts of the 'Wake Up with Gabriel' episode that happened on Sunday the 17th. The rest of the talk is available on Youtube.

What's always impressed me about Gabriel is that he sits down to these lectures, such as 'Wake Up with Gabriel' and others, and he has no notes in front of him, and I can say with much certainty that he doesn't study much ahead of time for these.

I swear his memory must just be phenomenal, because he'll cite one scientific study after another, with all sorts of specific numbers, percentages, details, who knows what, just from his memory.

In response to the ok from Gabriel about xylitol, one of the Tree community's best chocolatiers, our store manager Veronika, has made a whole line of 'phase 1' chocolates using xylitol, and my oh my are they incredible...

It's getting easier and easier to be completely low glycemic, phase 1 now, I'm telling ya. Dr. Cousens has come up with the Phase Chart to help direct people to low sugar, nutrient dense food so that they can clear up candida problems, blood sugar issues, and any other imbalances associated.

To see the phase chart, please click here, scroll to the bottom of the page and there is a word option and a pdf option for viewing.

I did phase 1.5 for about 2 months last year, and it was a wonderful experience. However, I think it is likely that I have a small amount of candida, and would like to be totally clear of it, and so am considering doing the full recommended 3 months on Phase 1 (not 1.5) to do that.

I'm not sure when I'd do that, but sometime this year I'd like to - I'll keep you posted.

The last exciting news for today is that I now have a section the member forum on JuiceFeasting.com, called 'The Green Room'. Here, registered members can ask general Juice Feasting questions that I'll be happy to answer.

Global Juice Feast is approaching... How are you getting yourself inspired?

Lastly, check out this photo of one of our chefs, last week when it snooooowed :D
