The Thinnest Veil

This is my 222nd post… which fits in nicely with the significant increase lately of seeing repeating numbers in my life. I have a friend, who, unfortunately for her, is always around when I seem to see them, and must endure my frequent yelps of excitement. She always asks, “Why do you do that? What do repeating numbers even mean?”.. honestly, I don’t know. But it still excites me 

It’s been a wonderful October so far here in Arizona. Everyone seems to FEEL really awesome. I’m not sure if its the letup of heat, giving way to fantastic sunny days in the upper 70’s (haven’t you missed my weather reports??  Gabriel has said that ‘the veil between the physical and spirit world is thinnest in the month of October, so if that be true, then perhaps we’re all just jolly with oneness… ?

So, one year ago, on October 24th, I was on the 8th day of my Juice Feast. Wow, it’s been an entire year!!

So really, how has the past year gone since my 60 days on juice?

Bottom line: Awesome. The Juice Feast reset my whole being. It reset me physically, and was instrumental in helping me let go of some of my emotional attachment to food. I lost about 20 pounds during the feast, and am glad to say that I’ve kept it all off.

This last year, I’ve greatly increased my activity level and exercise, and honed my eating habits. I’m by noooo means perfect, and have more work to do to get to where I want to be with both of those aspects of my life, but overall it has been a pivotal year for me, and I’m glad to say the Juice Feast was the imperative kick-start.
