P90X Home Fitness Program – Week 4 Update and Rest

Hello everyone,

So I finished week 4 last Thursday, one month down! Definitely feeling stronger and more fit, and looking that way too!

This week, there’s been kind of a bug going around so I have felt some weakness in my body and haven’t felt the whole getting-up-at-6am-to-burn-half-a-million-calories thing. No worries though, I’ll begin week 5 again soon, strong and full-on! I truly do love this program and have really missed my workouts this week.

This is another post, but I’ll be beginning a green juice fast on Sunday, so it will be interesting to see how P90X mixes with fasting. I choose to remember Paul Bragg’s tales of running up and down mountains while water fasting, and Gabriel Cousens’ 600 pushup session while water fasting..
