I am off to Los Angeles today for the Alchemy Conference, where I will be working a Tree of Life booth. They really desired Gabriel to speak there and he couldn't, so the poor distraught souls will just have to settle for a purty little booth :)

When I get back Monday, I'm going to experiment with a week of minimal eating as I wrote about in this post. My plan is to go with all liquids aside from a salad, and to stop consuming
