Today I did the deed of drinking an obscene amount of olive oil. For those of you who are new to liver flushing, the purpose of the large dose of olive oil after a time period of not eating fat, is to encourage the bile ducts of the liver and gallbladder to open wider than they normally do. In this, all the excess oil is dumped out in a hurry, and with the wider opening, gallstones and liver stones can flush out as well.
I have already seen a few small stones (small pea sized), but not a huge amount yet. Often they do not make it out until the next morning, so I will keep you posted. I felt quite lightheaded and had a headache after drinking all the oil, but it is subsiding now.
Just for you who are wondering why I’m not providing a super detailed outline of how to liver flush: it’s because I’m combining protocols. I am combining both Gabriel Cousens’ protocol, and the protocol from MyLiverFlush.com. Gabriel’s you can get instructions for free, although it also includes supplements to soften the stones and others to prime the liver and gallbladder to release, so those still have to be bought. The protocol at MyLiverFlush.com does cost money, so I can’t give out their protocol; it’s their right to sell it.
That being said, you can find even simpler and free protocols online. I never done any other protocols other than these two, so I can’t speak from experience, but I have heard that Dr. Hulda Clark’s protocol at CureZone.com is a good one. There are others out there too, just do a little online research and you’ll find them!
