This morning, I got several stones out upon waking, about 15. I then did a coffee enema and had a lot more come out. I estimate I got out about 70 total, most being pea sized or about half that, and about 15 that were the size of a thumbnail or so.
I was really amazed. My previous two flushes I only got a few stones out, so it was crazy to see this big release. It’s not as big as it can be – I know people who have gotten hundreds out in a single flush – but it was substantial. They were bright green in color, some were green with a bit of a yellowish tint. I didn’t take a picture this time, but next time I do one I will. Until then, mine looked a lot like these (caution, if you’re grossed out by this kind of thing, skip the pics).
Afterwards, I experienced this immediate increase in mental clarity and it suddenly felt like a subtle layer of fog had lifted from my mind. I still feel that way.
One of the main lessons I learned from this liver flush is that it’s important to do whatever protocol you choose 100%. I think the reason my previous ones weren’t as great as they could have been is because I wasn’t as diligent as I could have been. I didn’t do as many castor packs as I was supposed to, not enough coffee enemas, didn’t go without fats for as many days beforehand, etc.
I’ll do another one in either May or June so I’ll be sure to report on that as well!
With a more free and sexy liver,
