I developed and enjoyed this recipe in a chilly phase of a Colorado winter, but it’s refreshing and energizing anytime, anywhere!
Yields approx. 22 oz in a juicer
1/2 cup tight packed spinach
1/2 cup tight packed kale
Directions: juice! If you’re making juice using the blender/nut milk bag method, add 1 cup water (more if needed) and blend, then strain through nut milk bag. Will make about 30 oz in a blender (22 oz juice, 8 oz water).
