60 Day Juice Feast – Day 24

Today’s Feast, in order of consumption:

30 oz. spinach/celery/carrot/grape/apple juice w/ 1/2 TBS Pure Synergy
32 oz. green juice w/ lemon, cayenne, and turmeric
22 oz. pear/apple/orange/grape juice w/ 1/4 TBS Pure Synergy and 1/4 TBS MSM

32 oz. green juice w/ lemon, cayenne, turmeric and a pinch of salt
18 oz. apple/carrot/grape juice w/ 1/2 TBS Pure Synergy
16 oz. orange juice w/ 1/4 TBS Pure Synergy and 1/4 TBS MSM

Had a cute little episode today… we’ve had a mouse visitor in the house for a few weeks now, who leaves us daily presents of droppings on everything. We have a humane mousetrap (the kind that just traps them, not kills them) but unfortunatly the little mouse is too light and small to actually trigger the mechanism which gets her/him in the trap. As we’ve been working on our computers tonight we heard scratching in the kitchen and went to investigate the scene… and found our lovely little mouse stuck in one of the small holes in the back of the dehydrator. In it’s pursuit of something yummy, it had managed to get its head and front feet into the dehydrator and the rear feet and tail were scrambling, sticking out the other end… We tried pulling it out from the back end (we had to help it – it would have died there if we hadn’t found it) but it was too stuck. Luckily, it seems hemp oil serves another function other than EFA’s on a juice feast: mouse-dehydrator-lubricant. So basically we drizzled hemp oil on this mouse. The oil helped it to slip out and we let the cute little thing outside. It was kind of comical, especially since we had watched Ratatouille (an animated mouse movie) a few days before… Anyways, never understimate the power of raw food, people – even the rodents want in on it!

Today was a satisfactory day… my strong cravings for bee pollen seem to have subsided. Perhaps something in my body was cleansed and/or balanced through the inipi? Who knows! I sure feel amazing after having done it!
