Ok, so here’s the part where I say to myself, “You silly woman, you’re a juice feast coach and you apparently still can’t count the amount of juice you’re supposed to consume.”
Truth is, I am disinterested in juice. But the funny thing is, I’m also disinterested in food. I’m kind of just, disinterested altogether. I feel fine right now on so little – not tired or weak at all. I don’t really know what’s going on, but I know that I’m feeling cleaner and lighter, so I am going in the right direction. I suppose at this point I’m no longer really even on a juice feast. I’m on a mostly juice, cleansing, light intake… have even had a few bites of some pineapple and other mostly water fruits. Just observing at this point.. thanks for staying with me
