32 oz. ‘Master Cleanse’ juice – 32 oz. water, 8 TBS lemon juice, 3 TBS honey, a few drops vanilla creme stevia, cayenne
2 TBS pollen
24 oz. apple/celery/red bell pepper
8 oz. peppermint tea with 1 tsp honey and squirt vanilla creme stevia
Total juice: 24 oz. plus 32 oz. master cleanse
This weekend I was so disinterested in green juice, and actually juice altogether. My apple/celery/bell pepper juice was only really made because I knew I needed more juice, even though I didn’t feel like making it. In the end though, it did give me more energy for the day. I took another nap, and I concluded the day with a 2 hour hot tub, which was so fantastic. A week down, it’s amazing how fast it is going!
