Juice Feast – Days 3&4

Day 3 and 4 have gone very smoothly! Juice Feasting is so easy, I love it. So far the most difficult part for me is going without spirulina salads. I know, I’m just full of surprises, aren’t I!? I have been waking up about an hour earlier than I normally do, which always happens when I fast/feast. The body has less repair and near to no digestion to do overnight, so it doesn’t require as long to rest. It’s been a little chilly here, which also makes Juice Feasting a bit challenging, but lots and lots of layers as well as cayenne pepper is enough to remedy that situation.

I’m always happy to answer any of your questions on Juice Feasting or other subjects and since I’ve done this for so long sometimes I forget what beginners like to learn about and know – so please just ask!

Day 3 I had:

32 oz. orange/grapefruit juice with spirulina
20 oz. spinach/cucumber/celery/red bell pepper/apple
18 oz. coconut water with Vitamineral Green
2 cups herbal tea with stevia, Pure Radiance C powder and a couple drops carvacrol oil
16 oz. suuuuuuper green juice

Total: 86 oz.

On Day 4 I had:

32 oz. orange/grapefruit juice with Vitamineral Green
18 oz. coconut water with Vitamineral Green
40 oz. garden-grown spinach/cucumbers/celery/apple
1 cup herbal tea with stevia
16 oz. apple/orange/strawberry
20 oz. kale/pineapple/cilantro/celery/lemon/lime with Spirulina

Total: 126 oz. – pretty much a full gallon!

On another note, I just realized that this last week marked the three year anniversary of this blog! Woohoo!
